How it works
- Post an event, or approve a suggestion.
- It appears on owners’ phones and the lobby screens.
- Owners reply from their phones.
- The month’s newsletter fills in what’s coming up.
Connects to the rest of HelmHOA
HelmHOA modules share one data spine — nothing below is an export or a re-key. With SocialCal enabled:
Pricing
SocialCal is included in every HelmHOA subscription — $100 per unit per year covers every module, with a 50-unit minimum and no maximum. Nothing is sold separately, and there are no per-seat fees.
Every free Guest Pass is full-package — you can try SocialCal with your own building’s data before any decision.
Good to know
- A calendar entry is information only — your association’s posted notice is the notice.
- HelmHOA never emails the newsletter for you — copy it into your own mailbox and send it yourself.
- Building notices are a courtesy from the office, not a legal notice.
- Nothing posts on its own: a suggested event waits for approval, and a maintenance draft waits for a manager.
