How it works
- Set the annual-meeting date — the ladder computes backward from it.
- Work each rung with its evidence checklist; notice deadlines for other meetings track the same way.
- Run the meeting on paper as usual — sign-in sheet and minutes PDFs are generated, the tally is recorded with evidence.
- Record the result: directors are seated onto the board roster and their certification clocks start automatically.
