Real-time leak triage
A wet reading arrives as a signed event in real time and lands in a triage queue. Managers dispatch, dismiss with a reason, or confirm — with flap protection so one dripping sensor doesn’t page the office all night.
The saves counter
A manager-confirmed catch — water stopped before it became a claim — is a save. The counter and its report turn the program’s value into a number the board can see.
The response chain

Each owner authorizes their own SmartThings account through an emailed link — management sees sensor state and health, and can never control a device.

- Hardware is not included: LeakCheck runs on owner-held SmartThings-compatible sensors. The subscription buys the monitoring, triage and saves platform — not devices, installation, or an enrollment guarantee.
- Access is read-only by construction — owners authorize their own accounts, and HelmHOA cannot control a device.
