Answer what you know and skip the rest. Every one of these feeds a Florida statutory deadline, so the more you fill in, the more of your actual compliance calendar we can have on screen at your walkthrough. We confirm all of it with you on the call — nothing here is a compliance determination.

What Happens Next

Full service starts before you're a customer

  1. Within one business day, a HelmHOA specialist emails you to schedule your onboarding interview.
  2. Before the call, they set up your association's account from this form — org, buildings, units. Nothing is created automatically; a person builds it.
  3. On the call (an online video call), they walk your board or manager through your own account and answer questions live.
  4. For the first 14 days, your specialist finishes setting up the account with you — that's the onboarding window.
  5. For the next 30 days, your team uses the real platform with your real buildings. The 30 days start on day 14 whether or not setup is finished.
  6. At the end, you talk it over and decide. No card on file, no auto-charge, no pressure mechanics.
