What Florida law says
MilestoneCheck follows Fla. Stat. § 553.899, the milestone-inspection statute — the phase structure, the response windows and the distribution duty it tracks all carry their citations in the product. The 25- or 30-year trigger is recorded as jurisdiction data with its source, not computed by a formula.
