Directors are rostered whether or not they ever log in. Seat dates start the clocks; seats, service periods and certification state live on the roster, not in someone’s inbox.
The certification and CE clocks
The 90-day written-certification and course clock, the annual CE hour, and the validity window — computed at read time from seat dates, each shown with its citation.
A certificate vault with retention
Uploaded certificates are kept with their retention dates — including superseded files, so the record of what was on file when never disappears.
StaffCheck: the staff license roster
CAM licenses and other staff credentials on a tenant-wide roster, with renewal reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days and each staff member able to see their own licenses on their account page.
Election-night handoff
With VoteCheck enabled, recording an election result seats the new directors onto the roster — and their 90-day clocks start automatically.
How it works
