HelmHOA in your pocket
The same platform your association runs on the desktop, built for the field — inspections with the camera, repair proof from the unit, the work queue on a phone. Two ways to carry it: the iPhone app, or the installable web app on any device.
The iPhone app
The HelmHOA iOS app is the full platform in a native shell — the same account, the same data, the same role experience you get in the browser, with native camera capture and native sign-in. It is coming to the App Store: the build is complete and the listing is in preparation. This page will carry the App Store link the day it is live.
Coming to the App Store
You don't have to wait for it. The installable web app below is the same software, works on iPhone today, and is how most field staff already run HelmHOA.
Install the web app today
HelmHOA is a progressive web app — it installs from the browser onto your home screen or desktop, opens full-screen without browser chrome, and needs no app store at all.
iPhone & iPad
Open your HelmHOA sign-in link in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. HelmHOA appears as an app icon and opens full-screen.
Android
Open HelmHOA in Chrome, open the ⋮ menu, and choose Add to Home screen (some devices say Install app).
Desktop
In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon in the address bar (or the browser menu's Install HelmHOA entry) to add it as a windowed app.
Built for the field
Field shells are mobile-first by design: inspectors work a building's unit list with the camera, maintenance staff work a five-tab queue sized for a phone, and owners submit repair proof from the unit itself.
What works offline
A mechanical room is the classic dead zone. The app keeps recently loaded pages and assets cached, so a dropped connection mid-walkthrough shows you what you already loaded instead of a blank screen — and StormCheck keeps the association's emergency contact card cached on the device for storm-day access when connectivity is down.
HelmHOA is not an offline-first data-entry system: submitting an inspection, uploading proof, and syncing status all need a connection. What the cache buys you is continuity, not a second database.
Signing in
HelmHOA accounts are invite-only — your association's management sends the invite, and every role signs in with the same account everywhere: email link or password, Google, or Apple sign-in. There is nothing to register on this website; if you belong to a HelmHOA association, your front door is the sign-in page.
Your account, your call
You can delete your account from inside the app — Account Settings → Delete account — and the Privacy Policy describes exactly what deletion covers and what the association retains as its own records.
Need help?
The Help Center covers every role, from installing the app to submitting repair proof. For anything it doesn't answer, contact support — that page routes support, privacy, and security questions to the right place.
