CleanCheck
For associations with their own cleaning crew. CleanCheck holds the association’s cleaning standards in its own words, puts each one on a schedule in each common area, and keeps a record of every round — who ran it, what was ticked, and what was skipped and why.

What CleanCheck does
Protocols in your own words
Each kind of area gets a checklist written by your manager, with reference photos and a printable sheet for training. HelmHOA ships no protocols of its own — the standard, and the products named in it, are the association’s.
Schedules by area
Put a protocol on a cadence — daily, weekdays, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or quarterly, more than once a day where needed — with seasonal start and end dates and an optional assignee.
A record of every round
The crew ticks items off on a phone, with a note or photo where it helps. A step that can’t be done is skipped with a reason, and the checklist is frozen when the round opens, so a later edit never rewrites a round already run.
A crew app built for the job
Housekeeping staff get their own simple app: today’s rounds, the schedule, and past rounds per area to learn from. It shows no unit roster, no occupancy and no work-order list.
Report a problem in one tap
A cleaner who finds a leak or a broken fixture reports it from the round. Management is notified and, with WorkCheck, a work-order request opens for triage — and the reporter sees the decision.
A board for the manager
The week at a glance — which rounds ran, which are due, which were skipped — with a redo request, history by area and a CSV export.
How it works
- The manager writes a protocol for each kind of area and prints the sheet for training.
- Each protocol goes on a schedule in a common area, with an assignee where it helps.
- The crew runs the day’s rounds from the app, ticking, noting, photographing — and reporting problems as they find them.
- The manager reviews the week, asks for a redo where needed, and keeps the history.
Connects to the rest of HelmHOA
HelmHOA modules share one data spine — nothing below is an export or a re-key. With CleanCheck enabled:
- WorkCheck — a problem found on a round becomes a work-order request for triage, and maintenance staff can be assigned cleaning rounds too.
- ServiceCheck — the crew’s own owner-paid jobs appear in their app.
Pricing
CleanCheck is included in every HelmHOA subscription — $100 per unit per year covers every module, with a 50-unit minimum and no maximum. Nothing is sold separately, and there are no per-seat fees.
Every free 30-day trial is full-package — you can try CleanCheck with your own building’s data before any decision.
Good to know
- CleanCheck is an operations record, not an inspection or a compliance measure — coverage is shown as coverage, and nothing here feeds a compliance figure or the compliance calendar.
- There is no proof-of-presence scanning. The record is what the crew enters.
- Owners don’t see cleaning rounds. A contracted janitorial firm is managed through VendorCheck and GateCheck instead.
