Your Maintenance App
Getting around
You work in the Maintenance app โ bottom tabs, built for a phone in one hand.
Home is your day: what is assigned to you and what is overdue. Work Orders is the full list you can act on. Account is your own profile. Help is the question-mark button in the header.
Which other tabs you see depends on your tier:
- Equipment โ supervisors and leads
- Requests โ leads, for triaging what owners have reported
- LeakCheck โ leads, when the association has leak monitoring
- Services โ every tier, when the association offers owner-paid services
If a tab you expect is missing, it is your tier or a module your association has not enabled. Your manager can change the first.
Working a job
Open a work order to see the unit or common area, what was reported, and the history.
As you work: update the status, add notes, and take photos. Photos are the part people skip and the part that matters later โ a picture of the failed part settles a question in six months that no note will.
Mark it complete when the work is done, not when you leave the site.
If you also do inspections
If your manager has enabled inspections for you, you hold two hats. Use the switch role button in the header to move to the inspector view, do the inspection there, and switch back.
They are deliberately separate views rather than one merged screen โ an inspection is a formal record with its own form, its own template and its own consequences for a unit's compliance status.
Signal and safety
Stairwells, plant rooms and garages lose signal. Load what you need before you go down, and expect saves to fail where there is no connection.
If a save fails, the app tells you. Do not assume it went through because you tapped the button.
