How Unit Status Works
Units move through the compliance process in this order:
No Inspection (Blue) → Inspection completed →
If no failures → Inspected (Green)
If failures found → Action Required (Red) (repair items auto-created)
Action Required (Red) → Owner uploads proof for all repair items → Pending Review (Yellow)
Pending Review (Yellow) →
Management approves all items → Compliant (Green)
Management rejects an item → back to Action Required (Red)
Cross-inspection status: The status reflects ALL inspection types holistically. A passing mechanical inspection doesn't clear toilet failures. Only when every repair item across all types is approved does a unit become Compliant.
